We apply the requirements that the DORA regulation places on our clients’ ICT providers: security, incident reporting, continuity, return of information.

When we process personal data for a client, we do so on their instructions, as a processor, under the clauses required by Article 28 GDPR.
Continuity
Organised handover, replacement if needed, knowledge transfer at the end of the mission.
